COMBINATION FIRE & SMOKE DAMPER

Approved 90/180 Min.Fire Rating as per UL-555S. The dampers are made from heavy guage galvanised steel in multi blade construction. The dampers are also provided with jam seal (compression type) on sides to prevent spread of smoke & fire. This is a motorised damper that activates on a signal from either an electronic thermal sensor (74 degree C UL stamped) mounted in the air stream or from the smoke detection system. The dampers are equipped with a well designed control panel, using high quality components which consume less power. It operates at 24 volts obtained through a step down transformer. The panel is protected against surge currents or short circuits through a Fuse connected on the PCB. The panel has an optional power supply of 24V AC. The control panel is very well protected against wrong switchings.
